MacVittie's ability to portray diverse characters was evident in his role as DOE Helo Tech in "The Peacemaker" (1997). He also delivered a memorable performance as Det. Eastman in "Lonely Hearts" (2006). MacVittie's most recognized role, however, was that of Danny Scalercio in the acclaimed television series "The Sopranos." He passed away on May 7, 2022.
