Ernö Verebes, born on December 6, 1904, in New York City, was a Hungarian-American actor. His film career began in the silent era with a role in the 1926 German film 'An der Schönen Blauen Donau'. Verebes gained international recognition with his part in the 1930 German film 'People on Sunday', where he played the role of Ernö. He also appeared in the 1942 Hollywood film 'To Be or Not to Be', although his role as the Stage Manager went uncredited. Verebes' filmography is relatively brief, spanning just three known credits, but his contributions to cinema are a testament to the diversity of his craft during the early to mid-20th century. He passed away on June 13, 1971.
