Hidekazu Akai is a Japanese actor known for appearances in film and television. Born on August 17, 1959 in Osaka, Akai has worked in both acting and professional boxing. In film, Akai is credited with roles in several productions, including Ultraman Cosmos: The First Contact (2001) and Ultraman Cosmos 2: The Blue Planet (2002), where Akai portrayed the character Yujiro Haruno. Akai also appeared in Sutegoro: The Three Kajiwara Brothers' Turbulent Showa History (2003). In later years, Akai’s filmography includes Capital Conflict 3 (2017) and the upcoming Silent Night (2025).
