He is recognized for his roles in several notable films. In Terrence Malick's "Days of Heaven" (1978), Libertini portrayed the Vaudeville Leader. He also appeared as Prahka Lasa in "All of Me" (2011), a comedy directed by Carl Reiner. Libertini's later work includes the role of Fisherman in "Dolphin Tale" (2011), a family drama directed by Charles Martin Smith.
